He then rebuilt the subfloor, updated plumbing, organized electrical, installed shower, tiled the floor, painted the walls, tiled the walls, set up the sink, mirror, lights, new ceiling fan, new heater ducts, the works!!! Not only did he do a superlative job, he showed up every day, worked every day, communicated with me on every step, and delivered exactly what I asked for. "The electrician that came to evaluate and determine what was needed for the project was exceptional. Connor provide me with an estimate for an upgrade and installation from my old fluorescent fixtures to more efficient LED lighting. He also checked on the safety of my electrical system. He found an outlet near my washing machine that should have been a GFCI outlet, and a few breakers in my panel that should have been bridged together. Outside of his knowledge and, as I discovered, his skills, what I liked about Scott was that he didnâ t try to up sell me any additional items, he asked what else I might need, like any plumbing service he could provide. "This man is what you're praying for when you look for any service. Rather than trying to just make work for himself and recommending trying to fix the problem with what would seem to make sense to try. (which is what another company tried to recommend) I had a low hot water pressure problem in my 1970's built condo with galvanized pipes. The first plumber that i talked to recommended that he check the hot water heater and change the pipe valves at a price of about $600. Then i talked to Noel and he diagnosed the real problem is due to the age of the galvanized pipes have become glogged up over time. I didnt need to talk to any other plumber after that. He is like having a best friend as a plumber hes not going to nickel and dime you hes just going to get to the heart of the problem and fix it right the first time. I later talked to my neighbor that lives in my same building who had changed his galvanized pipes and when he looked at his old pipes they were so glogged up that there was only about 1/16th of an inch diameter left for the water to pass through it. I am thankful that there are men like Noel Cruse out there. Men with good character seems to be a rarity these days."

"Blue Flame is an outstanding company. The people were accommodating and very helpful. Al came out specifically to check our electronic air cleaner. While here, he decided to service our furnace. He then noticed a major problem with our water heater. Thank goodness he saw it because it was on the verge of giving out. Fernando came out and installed a new water heater. Fernando--like Al--was professional, polite, and answered all my questions. He did a great job with the installation. He was quick and efficient and kept the area clean.
