We had a vague idea what we wanted our deck to look like but didn't know how to make it a reality. TJ listened, poked around our old deck and gave us his thoughts, and that's when the magic happened. He turned everything we were thinking into a 3D model that finally made it real for us! From there, his team built a deck that looked exactly like the model, including an amazing cedar pergola, railings, and picture frame border. These guys are pros. All 8 of them who worked on our project were precisely on schedule every single day, and happily worked through 2 weeks of the worst weather. Plus each one of them was polite and friendly, respectful of my property and the neighbors, careful to clean up each day, and meticulous with the actual construction. You can tell they all take great pride in their work, and that the company only hires the best. TJ is a great communicator, responded to my questions immediately, explained everything that was happening along the way. The front office staff is responsive. The billing was accurate. Great experience all the way around. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone building or replacing a composite deck. Our job was a fairly large one, replacing carpet with new, finished in place hardwoods for almost 3700 sq feet. The job followed the timeline that Randy gave us ahead of time, as well as staying to the budget that he quoted us before the job started.
