I have had this air/heat system for two + years. It has been excellent. I have had a couple of routine services. Each one has been completed by Israel and his work is superb! Israel did another wonderful job servicing the unit.

We had Temp Air install our AC unit. The best decision we ever made. They were fast, reliable and dependable. Excellent customer service, did a phenomenal job. After a couple of years something was going on with our unit, I called them and immediately they send out a technician Juan, who was phenomenal. He explained what the issue was and resolved it asap! Highly recommend this company!

They came out and the first thing the tech asked me was if I had good credit because my HVAC leaks and I need a new one. First of all, his approach was extremely unprofessional and his personal question was very rude. I paid for the service call, although they did nothing at all. I will get a second opinion and if I need a new system, I will buy one. It certainly WILL NOT be from Tech Air Systems. Stay away from this company!

Our deepest apologies for the way our tech approached you. We will address this issue immediately. There is a diagnostic fee for us driving and checking the system. Every company will charge a diagnostic fee, as you may understand our tech is driving and spending time to find out what's wrong with your system. If the repairs are authorize the diagnostic fee is waived. Once again, we assure you that this issue will be addressed. Have a blessed day!
