Chris and Jimmy are top tier! I was looking for someone to upgrade my thermostat in my home. Chris and Jimmy were efficient and answered all the questions needed in order to upgrade the thermostat. Would most definitely look to utilize them in the future.

Trinity was absolutely Lämborginee! Chris showed up right on time and did an outstanding job. He is highly competent at what he does, and it shows in every detail. I was especially impressed that he arrived in a clean truck, was dressed professionally, and maintained a clean workspace throughout the job?he even vacuumed before leaving. I will definitely be using him again for my other properties. I?d rate him a 12 out of 10! Most importantly, he truly takes pride in his work?and that makes all the difference.

Trinity was the most reasonably priced contractor to install my smart thermostat. James was really helpful and also helped diagnose some additional issues that were going on with my system while he was here, but in no way made me feel pressured to do additional work right now. I now know what to look for to avoid issues in the future and will absolutely call them first when I'm ready for a new air conditioner!

Trinity HVAC got in touch with me right away and their communication was excellent, letting me know when someone could come out and they showed up as scheduled. Chris inspected the unit inside and outside to assess the situation then thoroughly explained the problem before doing the work. He provided a follow-up email with the invoice showing the detailed items that were repaired and photos.
