Bill Basden Wood burn Oregon Bryan was very good and punctual. Diagnose the problems a faulty igniter for gas. He went to south Salem to get the part. Was back in an hour and 60 minutes later we were good to go with heat. The part he removed was put in 12/15/24 and failed on 1/31/25 . This was crappy work for another furnace. who did not want to give me a refund. from my 369..00 because it was past 30 days. they gave us 50.00 and had to fight to get that. the enclosed photo's tell the tail.

Bryan was so awesome!! He fixed my furnace after 3 other repair men misdiagnosed it! He replaced the board and when that didn't solve it he researched it more to determine it was the flame sensor! He just wasn't going to give up! He was friendly and punctual! I would highly recommend him!!

Of course, your furnace decides to not work on the weekend! Finding repair service on a Sunday? Not highly likely! We were thrilled to find Bryan, and having him come to repair our furnace today was greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and extremely competent. We could not have been more satisfied. This is a small family businessâ ¦..please support them!

Came out and checked the furnace output. Fixed the capacitor that was failing and advised to install higher output furnace in a year or two.

Bryan was amazing! He showed up right on time and made two trips outside of Salem to find parts to get my air conditioner running during a heat wave. Absolutely recommend!
