"This was a great experience from start to finish, beginning with the quote process through installation and walkthrough. 1) competitive pricing (military/Veteran discount was a plus) 2) quick and thorough communication 3) able to quote without on-site visit (probably depends on service) 4) great service technicians We needed our water heater replaced and requested quotes from three companies in the area (Mayday was most competitive.
