"We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."

"C r i s t i a n and Pablo arrived to give me an estimate one day after first contacting them. The price was very reasonable and they agreed to do the job same day. They both worked very hard. My house has never been power washed in 20 years. It looks beautiful. They were very careful and covered up my outdoor lights before power washing the area, I also had them power wash my porch and sidewalk. It also has never been cleaned in 20 years. They did a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier. I also asked them to remove six holly bushes. They removed them including the roots! And they cleaned up the flower beds where the plants had been. I am going to have them come back and replace my back porch as well as some interior painting in the future. I highly recommend Ronquillo Services LLC. Cristian has lots of great photos of completed jobs. I give them an A++ 100% rating."

"The sales process with Vinyl-Lite was the most laid-back, low-pressure, and friendly out of all the companies we vetted. Our sales rep, Matt, was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, reassuring, and honest. The down-to-earth, conservative approach, as if he were buying windows for his own home, was refreshing and welcomed! Other companies insisted that "all decision makers" had to be at home, despite the inconvenience to me and my wife. Then they dispatched sleazy, used car salesman-types who employed high-pressure tactics to upsell us on already overpriced windows, faked phone calls with their "manager" to pressure us into a "better deal" if we signed today, and overstayed their 45-minute appointment by 2 hours. A total turn-off! Furthermore, the opportunity to visit the Vinyl-Lite showroom, allowing us to delve even deeper into the details, compare features, and ask more questions, was invaluable! At the showroom, Ashleigh was patient, answered all our questions, and, once again, approached our issue as if he were purchasing windows for his own house. No overselling, no lies, just absolute expertise, and transparency. Plus, it's reassuring to know that we weren't dealing with a middleman company with substantial mark-ups. We love supporting local businesses! Scheduling the installation was a breeze, handled over a quick phone call, and incredibly flexible. On the day of installation, we had everything ready, with our blinds removed, pictures taken down, and areas around the windows cleared. The crew arrived on time and got straight to work! With sixteen windows to replace, they completed the job in about eight hours. The crew was friendly, showed respect for our home, and worked efficiently. Once all the windows were in place, they did a commendable job of cleaning up and removing debris. At the end of the day, Sam paid us a visit to ensure quality control, demonstrate how to use and clean our new windows, and address any remaining questions. Together, we identified a couple of small issues, and he worked with the crew to address them promptly. No hassle for us, which is the way I like it! And now, the windows themselves. We are pleased with the quality and construction, knowing that they are well-suited for Virginia's climate, built right here in Virginia. We're relieved that we didn't fall for any of the other companies' gimmicks promoting unnecessary features and upsells. Moreover, we can rest assured that with the company's long-standing history and heritage, if we ever need warranty assistance, they'll still be around to help. In summary, Vinyl-Lite provided a fantastic window buying experience that was easy, cost-effective, and stress-free!"

"Jordon understands roof system very well. He discussed the issue over the phone, provided rough estimates for small repair at very reasonable price. When asked to include tune-up, he provided another reasonable quote. He and his crew performed the repair efficiently, did roof maintenance where needed, inspected a wavy section of the roof and determined the cause (not due to loose shingles, not susceptible to water damage), and provided honest diagnosis. Overall, I’m impressed about their professionalism and knowledge about the roofing system, and customer service attitude. I’m a tough reviewer, but it’s hard to not give this company a 5-star rating - they seemed to really know what they are doing, and do not try to over sell home owners Unnecessary service. Highly likely to hire them again when my roof is ready for replacement in a few years."

"Rasca and his team met and exceeded out standards for a fence repair and sectional replacement this last November 2020. My HOA removed a large pin oak tree and stump, which required the removal of the corner of my fence. Rasca and his team were able to replace the removed section after extensive searching around the DMV. The team did a great job power washing the current fence, realigning the gate, and sealing/staining. Even though I had to travel, Rasca kept a great line of communication about the progress, challenges, and recommendations to fulfill my request. I highly recommend Renovation Service Group, LLC because Rasca will deliver your request and and provide you with a product that'll you be proud of. "Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
