"Jordan and his partner did an excellent job. We had a leak in the main drain line going down our kitchen wall which was causing serious damage to the wall. Jordon was punctual and professional, and within a day was able to both replace the pipe and repair the wall at a much lower cost than I originally anticipated. He also had a great attention to detail - we did not have the original paint for the wall so he got a new batch. He claimed that he couldn't find the exact same color that we had and was quite apologetic about it, but I cannot even notice the difference myself. If anything the wall looks better now than it did before the leak started. That care for detail makes me feel better about knowing he would have done a good job with the internal work that we can't see."

"I coordinated the work with Edwin, and he came out to my house and gave me an estimate and some suggestions for some other small stuff that could be done while he was working on my ceiling (repairing some skylight areas). They were able to come out the next day and prepare an area of my ceiling for a future ceiling fan installation, repaired broken drywall, spackled/painted, and repaired some nail pops. Their work was thorough and they were friendly, I would recommend them and would work with them again in the future!"

"Joe & Sons was hired to determine and fix the cause of a water leak that was damaging a bedroom ceiling. Owner Jalal determined that roof damage had allowed the leakage, and he and assistant Saed (sp?) repaired the roof (new shingling; caulking with roof cement; thorough cleaning of shingles and gutters), as well as patching the damaged bedroom ceiling area and repainting the ceiling. They also voluntarily (and at no additional cost) fixed a sticky screen door by removing it and planing its bottom. The entire experience couldn’t have been better. Jalal and Saed were extremely polite and conscientious, taking excellent care to keep the work areas clean, and explaining everything they did. They were also very prompt/timely, responding to phone calls, texts, and the contract itself very quickly. They definitely rank among the best contractors we’ve ever hired, and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others. (Full disclosure: It has not rained since the repairs.)"

"During the month of April 2019, Renovation Service Group, LLC, performed outstanding, exceptional work at my home. Mr. Rasca estimated the work I originally contacted Home Advisor about, but he also noted other work that "SHOULD" be done. He took pictures of the areas and discussed with me what had happened and how to correct the problems. He was not "pushy" or "overbearing", he simply stated his findings. I appreciated this approach to the problems, which I had not noted. Not only did I have his findings as to the damages, I also had pictures of the damages. I was seeing through the pictures areas I would be unable to see from the ground. Mr. Rasca and his workers: (1) repaired four interior drywalls damaged by water, (2) replaced a missing piece of siding, (3) cleaned the gutters and the down spout, (4) installed gutter guards and down spout adapters, (5) graded side yard next to the house where water had entered, (6) repaired and replaced outdoor water faucet, (7) cleaned the fireplace bricks (beautiful job!), (8) replaced defective light sensor outside kitchen door, (9) replaced defective kitchen storm door and worn exterior door trim, (10) cleaned 16 interior and exterior windows, (11) replaced interior cracked window putty where needed, and (12) repaired squeaky wood floor (I didn't know that could be done!). When the workers completed their work, they cleaned up so well you would never know they had worked in these areas. Their job was so well done, it looked as though no damages had ever occurred. I can't say enough about my experience in dealing with Mr. Rasca and his Group. He is the most professional, polite gentleman I have had the pleasure of working with. He fixed siding issues, paneling under a section of the roof eaves, replaced a wire mesh for one of the roof vents and painted some side railings.
