"The project is not yet complete, but that is because of the weather, not anything to do with Frank Cordova and his crew. They were on time, and the work was done in a professional manner. Frank even pulled an old sidewalk stone from an earlier porch, and provided some fill dirt for the hole. The small pieces left include a sprinkler move, and some cleanup. I got to watch a professional roll with the punches: while waiting for the concrete truck, someone stole Franks truck (It has since been recovered, with everything intact). He immediately switched gears, and called in some extra support to get the project done on time. It is a pleasure watching professionals at work. No short cuts, and no Rube-Goldberg workarounds!"

"Ulises and his team worked diligently on the removal of a failed wooden retaining wall. He replaced it with a beautiful new block wall. Ulises eorked with us and made minor changes as requested. I was pleasantly surprised that they followed up to the message of my first call as presented on their machine. I then noted that ALL followup was ON-THE-MONEY. The quoting process was easy and VERY understandable. Then when they came out to actually raise the foundation of one section of my house, I was again surprised to see how quickly they completed the project. They placed boards on the street to reduce the cleanup of this messy process. After completing the work, they cleaned the inside of my house with a mop, the garage, driveway and street with a hose. "Fantastic! The company really delivered. I am so pleased with the retaining wall, new front porch and steps and shed pad. The job was so much more than I thought. But Legacy Concrete Inc. did the job and did it so well. Gone is my ugly railroad tie retaining wall that was falling down and in its place is a beautiful stone block wall. Gone are my old steps with a weird, irregular outcrop and in their place are regular steps and a porch without cracks and irregularities. And the shed pad they poured with a ramp worked out perfectly with the shed. What I really appreciated is that they listened to me (a woman) and made suggestions that would improve the final product but worked to give me what I wanted."
