Steve came out the next day after I called him about my water damage. He came and tore out the water damage and pin pointed the problem very quickly. I hired DS Consulting to do a air clearance test after a low bidder asbestos abatement contractor said they were finished with my job. Once DS's industrial hygienist got there, he did a thorough visual inspection and found issues with the abatement. The contractor redid his work and said he was ready for the air clearance test. DS's air test showed that asbestos fibers were still in the containment area so the contractor had to redo his work yet again. Thankfully I hired DS as they worked in my best interest as the homeowner to ensure that my house was safe and free from asbestos fibers, as I couldn't trust the abatement contractor. I would use them again and recommend them.

I checked several companies. All wanted to check for mold first. I wanted home air checked. Renee charged less for full check, including Volatile Organic Compounds, Formaldehyde, big and small particulants, and mold. It Wasn't just yes or no, but varying levels. She looked every where, and used instruments for analysis. I don't get impressed easily. Renee with Bactronix was impressive. And personable. She certainly eased my mind. I'd recommend her for sure.

Jim was not our cheapest bid; however, he was the one with which we felt most confident. He more than earned our confidence. He and his team were responsive to our questions with a depth of knowledge not displayed by the other companies to whom we talked.
