I recently had the pleasure of working with Joe Brewster (owner Elevation Electric), a licensed electrician, to install a Level 2 electric vehicle charger at my home, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience! From start to finish, Joe’s professionalism, expertise, and customer-focused approach made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Joe was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the installation process, recommend the best charger for my EV, and ensure everything met local codes and safety standards. He arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary tools and materials, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. The attention to detail was impeccable—every wire was neatly installed, and the charger was perfectly positioned for convenience. What truly stood out was Joe’s commitment to customer satisfaction. He patiently answered all my questions, offered tips on optimizing my EV charging setup, and even followed up after the installation.

Joe showed up on time, did a great job, was super friendly and informative. Out of the six quotes I received for this project, his was the most reasonable and he was the only one who suggested a much easier way to complete my install compared to the other electricians who quoted my project. His quote was the best, but more than that Joeâ s customer service was way beyond anyone else. He communicated is a timely manner and showed up when promised. His work ethic is second to none. Even the inspector was impressed!
