One is the grading next to the house where soil degradation has made it worse. Ideally we would fill this in and place a hottub over it. In the basement there are two things: there are cracks in the concrete floor that might be related to the grading that I would like evaluated and there is a section of wall that will need to be removed safely to get access to the water heater.
