Write a ReviewChuck was great to work with, very detailed and thorough. Would definitely recommend Stone Electric
Amazing service! Chuck was prompt, polite, and honest with every detail. Ill definitely be going with him for all my future electrician needs!
Tre was awesome and very profesional
I had an excellent experience with Stone Electric today and I can't say enough good things about Chuck. I had a difficult smoke alarm issue. Chuck easily resolved the "chirping" and then helped me make my home safer. Extremely helpful and personable! They're now in my Contacts.
"I recently contracted Stone Electric for work at one of my properties, and I couldn’t be more impressed. As a property investor, I value reliability, and Chuck and Roger truly delivered. Roger is an incredibly hard worker with a strong sense of ethics, while Chuck is highly knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. It’s rare to find such a seamless blend of technical skill and professional integrity. I highly recommend their services! — Dinorah Osipova, 369 Nest Rentals"
Not an honorable company. Shotty work. Missed big power issues. Cost me a lot of money and time to have another election correct their mistakes and finish their promised work which they did not complete and cost me a lot of money to have a drywall contractor repair their damage. They rummaged through a closed off room and used items from the room without my consent or knowledge (except my knowledge after the fact when I discovered what they had done). To add insult to injury they charged an exorbitant fee for the job.
how am I supposed to know anything about the quality of the work or it's value?
I had a tricky problem where the electrical service line into an old 2-story brick house had almost pulled the anchor brick for the strain cable out of the wall! They responded quickly, gave me an estimate and figured out a solution which utilized a closet inside the house to install a bracket on the outside of the house, bypassing the brick section altogether. A clean install which should last (another 100 years?). They also tapped the errant bricks back into line so I didn't have to do any brick repair. Thanks guys!
I am quite disappointed that they gave me an estimate for $8000 and the contract said they would issue a change order for any additional charges that may be necessary. Now trying to charge me another 11,200 over what I've already paid without providing a change order. A total nightmare to deal with!!
This is just false. When hidden damage was discovered, everything was discussed and approved by you in advance. We fixed everything properly at your request and based on your assurances. The evidence is that you submitted a claim to insurance for the full amount. They investigated and reimbursed you the full amount to cover the cost of repairs. You say here that your loss was 8k but you claimed 19k and have kept the difference. You have either inflated your claim (fraud), or stolen the reimbursement (theft). That probably would be a nightmare. Good luck.
Quick and professional. If I need electric work done in the future, I'll call Stone again.
