Rick, the owner of Ovation put us instantly at ease. His suggestions led us to not only remodel our bathroom, but extend remodeling to the rest of our home. Our first meeting, and every interaction following with Rick's crew was positive. They came, they worked hard, always smiling and were very flexible towards our needs. We heard how much they thought of Rick and his wife Jessica, which only confirmed we made the right choice. Issues came up, which we didn't count on, and I'm embarrassed to admit Rick & Jessica were on the receiving end of my stress, but despite this, Rick always remained patient, and even Jessica called to reassure me she was working on it. In the end, my whole house was completely made over with new bathroom cabinets (including linen storage) flooring, doors, trim, molding and paint. The quality of our remodel has turned our home into an amazing staycation. We hope to have Rick & Jessica over for dinner, not only because Rick is a was, but because we want to show our gratitude

The work was done well. The project was not well managed and communication was poor. What was quoted as a two week job took nine weeks.

Ovation did a great job installing a new tiled shower in our basement bathroom. They were easy to work with on design and executed exactly what I wanted for a competitive price. However, the project took 2x the estimated time they rarely proactively communicated about timelines or who would be on the job site doing what when.

Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way. The entire job came in at cost with just a couple of upgrades we made.  We are 100% satisfied with the finished job

We recently had our master bathroom renovated by Ovation Restoration, LLC. We discussed what we were looking for and our budget and Rick indicated he could do the job within that budget. We are very happy with the bathroom now. The old bathroom was very builder basic and now it is much more us with our choice of items (flooring, tile, cabinets, countertops, sinks, tub, faucets, etc.). We encountered a few minor bumps in the road and the project ended up taking just a little longer than expected but I have heard stories from others on their projects taking two or three times longer with other contractors so not bad at all. All the delays were outside the control of Ovation. We did encounter an extra cost on some replumbing, but Rick helped us out a bit by giving us a discount in the end. The workers and contractors were easy to talk with, but we did have issues from time to time communicating with one of the workers. It all worked out in the end. Joshua had great attention to detail, and he continually kept us updated on the progress. His assistance in helping us to decide the layout for the shower walls was important to our satisfaction with the bathroom. We were told that they would clean up a bit at the end of each day but that seldom happened on our project. We have a couple of minor issues that I am sure will be taken care of soon but overall, a better experience than I expected. We will contact Rick and Ovation Restoration for our next project and would recommend him for your next project. Thanks again Rick.

Ovation did an excellent job installing our new sliding glass door. The construction crew was on top of everything, professional and personal as well. Great work and I highly recommend them. Thank you to Creg, Rick, and the crew!

I am so pleased with not only the quick quote, but the work was done much, much earlier than expected! Completed and now we have use of our patio again
