They, Rick, promised big, sold on what they could do, and over charged, underpreformed! If I were not a Building official, I can only inmagine how much more they would have done shotty and not to code! They lie and tell you they have structural engineer, they do not, they say they have flooring specialist, they do not! The lot of them are not a firm I would use or recommend to anyone! I in fact am filing a clomplaint with the CCB and BBB agaist Rick and this company. Please head my warning, do not use! This work was done in 2025. From falsified permits to overcharge on work they promised to do, these guys are a bad lot! I hope their bad practices come down on their heads!

Ovation Restoration did an excellent job with our home improvement project. In our master bedroom, to take advantage of a fantastic view, they removed a large window from one wall, sealing it up like new, and installed a similar window on another wall. The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. We would highly recommend Ovation Restoration.

We hired Ovation Restoration for a major home remodel, including adding a bathroom to the main floor, renovating three bathrooms, and installing a picture window in the family room. From start to finish, Ovation exceeded expectations with a clear, well-thought-out proposal, reasonable costs, and exceptional quality. Rick, the owner of Ovation put us instantly at ease. His suggestions led us to not only remodel our bathroom, but extend remodeling to the rest of our home. Our first meeting, and every interaction following with Rick's crew was positive. They came, they worked hard, always smiling and were very flexible towards our needs. We heard how much they thought of Rick and his wife Jessica, which only confirmed we made the right choice. Issues came up, which we didn't count on, and I'm embarrassed to admit Rick & Jessica were on the receiving end of my stress, but despite this, Rick always remained patient, and even Jessica called to reassure me she was working on it. In the end, my whole house was completely made over with new bathroom cabinets (including linen storage) flooring, doors, trim, molding and paint. The quality of our remodel has turned our home into an amazing staycation. We hope to have Rick & Jessica over for dinner, not only because Rick is a was, but because we want to show our gratitude

Rick and Jessica are the kind of people you need to work with to repair or remodel your home. Competent and caring professionals with integrity like theirs is a blessing!

The work was done well. The project was not well managed and communication was poor. What was quoted as a two week job took nine weeks.

Ovation did a great job installing a new tiled shower in our basement bathroom. They were easy to work with on design and executed exactly what I wanted for a competitive price. However, the project took 2x the estimated time they rarely proactively communicated about timelines or who would be on the job site doing what when.

RIck is a Marine. He worked with the Semper Fi foundation and Operation Homefront to restore my bathroom after there was a rot and mold issue from a leak in the wall. I was an Army Infantryman that served in Operation Iraqi freedom, so it was intuitive to choose a service member to do the restoration of my bathroom. All said and done I have functional bathroom that I love. He just dropped off the warranty today and we have a one-year plumbing checkup to conclude his service of my bathroom.

Ovation Restoration just finished a complete bathroom makeover for us.  We have lived here in Cimarron for 32 years and it was time for a Master Bath upgrade.  To be honest that the project took longer than we anticipated but the work & craftsmanship exceeded expectations.  Each sub-contractor that worked on the job was an expert in their craft.  They treated it like it was their own home.  I can't say enough about the quality of the work they did for us.  The job included full demolition, new floors, new Granite counter tops, with tile back splash, a new tile shower with glass doors, new fixtures, and paint.  We talked with three contractors and chose Ovation because of their reviews, the price and the way we felt about our first meeting and interaction with Rick.  We really appreciated their input and expertise in several of the recommendations they made along the way. The entire job came in at cost with just a couple of upgrades we made.  We are 100% satisfied with the finished job
