I needed emergency mold removal and they were able to provide just that. within the first call, they were able to get a team out within 1 hour. In a very panicky situation they were able to put my mind at ease! I also live in an HOA where the mold was within a shared space, so the HOA should be covering the cost, however if you know anything about HOA's, they complicate things. Robert was able to offer me great advice for dealing with them. And they put together a very thorough documentation package for the HOA to review with their findings. 10/10 experience!

Pacific NW Restoration came out immediately and performed the mitigation work of drying out the floor and walls. This involved removing base cabinets, damaged flooring, and wet drywall. I am very appreciative of their fast response and professionalism.

I reached out to them about getting repairs done for damage caused by an ice storm. They organized and repaired everything for me from the roof to the ceiling. Was pretty great. My ceiling looks perfect despite previously having a 4 foot hole in it. Robert stays in contact with me weekly and doesnâ t mind me calling and texting him for updates. He also is inspecting photos of the work from the contractors and if he isnâ t totally satisfied with the work done he sends people to take care of it for you which is awesome. They also are going to get my insurance to pay for the repairs so thatâ s amazing. I have also liked all the contractors Iâ ve met, they are considerate and friendly which is very helpful as I work remotely and was around them the entire day as they worked

We had a pipe burst in December and after calling several restoration companies we decided to go with Pacific NW and we are so glad we did! I worked directly with Robert and Josiah and they were both so patient and helpful. They answered every single question and basically held my hand throughout the entire process. I had no clue what I was doing and was really thankful to have them in my corner. We were extremely happy with their demo/clean up team as well. They showed up on time and were so friendly and hardworking. They gave me daily updates at the end of each shift and left everything organized and clean. Their team also worked directly with our insurance making that process smooth and speedy. Overall, we were very happy with Pacific NW and we would absolutely use them again if we ever needed it.
