  Comment: We had a water lead in the ceiling above our garage (below a bathroom above). Insurance came in and pulled off drywall and dried the damage out. Need to 1) reinstall insulation in soffit (4'x15'), 2)replace/patch holes in garage ceiling and paint (4'x5') with 5/8" dry wall, 3) insulate garage wall opening (3'x8'), 4) patch and paint drywall with 5/8" that was removed from garage wall, 5) reinstall/replace brick moulding around the door and 6) patch, paint and match texture on 5 small (2"x2") holes that were made inside the house to test for asbestos by insurance company.
