The Homeowners Association (HOA) promptly engaged a water mitigation company, and as of January 20, 2024, we are actively undergoing the mitigation process. I reside on the 2nd floor, and I have been documenting the situation through video recordings since the incident occurred. These recordings can provide valuable insights into the extent of the damages. To facilitate a thorough review by contractors, I have compiled a YouTube playlist showcasing the steps taken by the water mitigation team in my unit. It's a two-bedroom condo with two baths. Roughly 1/3 of the areas were affected - mainly in guest bathroom, water heater room, laundry room, storage room and kitchen area.
