  Comment: I want to know where the rainwater comes from. The floors, baseboards, and drywall get wet on rainy days. Mold remediation was done 2 weeks ago. A dehumidifier has been tuned on inside of the house. The handyman cleaned and added the extension of the clogged gutter and downspouts yesterday, Some contractors/handymen said the rainwater comes from the stucco wall because of the raised soil attached to the walls. The mold remediation guy said the walls in crawl space was moist.
