"Dave and his crew actually did five projects for us. They replaced and re-framed the wood center post in a two car garage, replaced four rows of old, water damaged siding on the back of the house, replaced several boards of deck flooring, sealed the underside of a large deck and filled and sealed some minor cracks in the foundation. Dave and his crew had to re-engineer the center post. The siding was no longer made so Dave had to work with a manufacturer to fabricate new siding for us. Dave and his crew are very professional, courteous, and extremely talented. The did outstanding work, on-time, and we are totally pleased. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them. In fact, our next project will probably be to install a channel drain in front of our garage. When we are ready, Dave will get our first call. Don Hauenstein"

Tony Zilka and his team gave a clear and concise estimate, offered the quickest turn around time, and were SO friendly and communicative. "My old fence finally lost out to time and needed replaced. This was not a small project as it involved almost 250 feet of fence and a retainment wall. I contacted three contractors and received bids for the work. Superior Home Custom Remodeling's bid was the best price of all three and he included a third rail on the fence for strength and included metal fence posts that the others did not. We scheduled the job and Ismael the owner and general contractor showed up with his crew. They quickly removed the old fencing and put in the new fence in just a few days. Being surrounded by three different neighbors with animals Ismael did the work in sections so the fence was only down for a short period of time before being replaced. The fencing material was all top quality cedar and the run of the fence was done professionally. The crew worked around our plants and shrubs and kept the work area clean and tidy. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing fence work or home remodeling."

The siding installation, the window trim, the caulking, and the painting were all done professionally. Paul doesn't just bid a job, and then hand off the work. On any given day, Paul could be seen on a ladder or the scaffolding, and even with a paint brush in hand.
