Superior Home Custom Remodeling

We had a huge project including residing, decking, railing, a deck cover, and whole house paint. Superior Home took on the work and delivered phenomenal results, we could not be happier. Ismael is an incredible craftsman, very intuitive to our vision with an eye for detail. The ideas we communicated to him were not only executed but consistently improved upon as he brought his experience to the table. His team was great, very friendly, and they worked hard and fast. Each day before they left, they would stack material and clean the job site leaving our yard free of debris which made the remodeling process a lot less invasive to everyday life. Upon completion, we spent a weekend absorbing the beautiful work of Ismael, and came up with our punch list: Absolutely nothing! Superior Homemade our project was a pleasure. Ismael and his team were excellent. They were easy to work with, quick to respond to our calls, emails and texts. They answered all our questions and they offered thoughtful suggestions and alternatives for the projects that we were planning, he is very knowledgeable. He was able to make things super easy for my wife and I by getting all the materials and coordinating the project. His communication was excellent, he always kept us updated. When they finished the job, they cleaned up everything very well. The price was very reasonable. They were professional, always on time and definitely went above and beyond to meet all our needs. Overall we were extremely satisfied, we enjoyed working with him, we'll definitely use his services again and we highly recommend him.

Ismael and his crew always cleaned up at the end of the work day. Ismael kept us informed of the condition of the siding as he and the crew worked. Ismael was onsite working along with his crew, and they all worked hard. Everyone was professional, friendly, and the work was done timely. I'm very happy with the completed job and will definitely call him again for future jobs.

Ismael and his workers were professional, extremely hard working, and built us our dream deck and stairway as well as replacing the roof on our guest cottage. He went the extra mile to our deck project adding custom patterning to our Trex deck and beautiful stairs. We have already recommended him to family and friends and will definitely hire him again.

During a very busy time for them due a recent wind storm, they were the first to provide a quote. This helped to get something to my insurance company and get the ball rolling. Other contractors either did not return my calls, phones were turned off, or were a lot further out to even give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and the work was excellent. They even helped me pull out a tree stump that was not part of the estimate. The extra hand was a huge help. They got the job done fast and did a good job of cleaning up. I will hire them again.

Ismael and his crew did an amazing job on my project. The end result is beautiful and we absolutely love our backyard now. He saw our vision and built it better that we imagined. He also went the extra mile and moved some very large rocks out of our backyard which I would never have been able to do.

Ismeal was absolutely amazing to work with. He is definitely a guy in his prime turning out his best work. He communicates well, does what he says he will and when he will and for a fair price. I will have him back to do all of my projects in the future.

We hired Ismael to replace siding and build a custom trellis, garden borders and a mailbox structure for our 4-plex and couldn't be happier with the results. He is highly skilled, professional, collaborative and a great pleasure to work with.
