Not only did they tear off the old roofing and install new material for the house and garage, but they also reattached all our rain gutters, replacing the old nails with screws, and replaced some of the old decayed fascia boards. Additionally, they made a couple of repairs to our back fence unasked, what a wonderful surprise! And when the work was completed, they cleaned up the yard perfectly. Cesar and his efficient team did all of this work in just one and a half days! A great professional job, beautifully done. "THIS IS NOT A PAID ADVERTISEMENT! But it's gonna sound like it because I will sing their praises loud and proud. I cannot recommend Matt and his crew at Reliance Roof Pros highly enough. We have a very large roof which had old cedar shake (and as it turned out, some rotten plywood sheathing underneath) that needed replacing. We had three companies come out to give us bids. One very large, well known company, and two smaller, local companies. Reliance Roof Pros was referred to me by a contractor I trust like he's part of my family, who knows quality work when he sees it. Reliance's bid was not the cheapest, in fact I had another bid that was several thousand dollars cheaper. But but based on the amount of time Matt spent inspecting our home and roof, getting to know the ins and outs of our structure, and the time he spent explaining to me what he was proposing, and teaching me all that went into the project, it was such an easy decision. He is so knowledgable and professional, and was able to answer each and every question and even draw diagrams to help explain what needed to be done. We selected Presidential comp, and scheduled the job. Matt and his crew hit the schedule perfectly, even finishing ahead of schedule. The crew was so efficient, and careful, and made sure not to leave a trace of the job on our property after each day of work. They were very respectful and friendly, and we felt very comfortable with them on our property for 4 days in a row. Matt was out multiple times daily to inspect the work, and ensure the safety of my family, and his crew. In the end, the finished product (new roof and underlayment, flashings, skylights, added structural support of an overhang, new sheathing, new ridge vent, and ice barrier in a spot where we saw buildup, etc), we couldn't be happier that we went with Reliance Roof Pros. Happy to provide referral over the phone if anyone wants. Don't go anywhere else for your roofing needs. We won't (but then again, we'll probably be dead before we need a new roof). "During a very busy time for them due a recent wind storm, they were the first to provide a quote. This helped to get something to my insurance company and get the ball rolling. Other contractors either did not return my calls, phones were turned off, or were a lot further out to even give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and the work was excellent. They even helped me pull out a tree stump that was not part of the estimate. The extra hand was a huge help. They got the job done fast and did a good job of cleaning up. I will hire them again."
