We love supporting local businesses! Scheduling the installation was a breeze, handled over a quick phone call, and incredibly flexible. On the day of installation, we had everything ready, with our blinds removed, pictures taken down, and areas around the windows cleared. The crew arrived on time and got straight to work! With sixteen windows to replace, they completed the job in about eight hours. The crew was friendly, showed respect for our home, and worked efficiently. Once all the windows were in place, they did a commendable job of cleaning up and removing debris. At the end of the day, Sam paid us a visit to ensure quality control, demonstrate how to use and clean our new windows, and address any remaining questions. "Excellent workmanship. They came in and repaired a disaster created by the original contractor that put the laminate flooring in. They had to take up more than half of the entire floor. Their pricing for the job was very reasonable. They came, looked at what had to be done and provided a quote. The first day they reported on time and completed more than half of the project, however, day two they were two hours late and was not responding to phone calls to confirm their arrival time. Day three they were two hours late, but eventually called and gave an arrival time. Overall, because of the excellent workmanship and cleanup, I would recommend this company to others."
