Right from the start Alex put up a drone and inspected the roof, provided pic and gave me a bid. The work was completed in a reasonable time period and the work was done to my specifications and more.

We had this company come out in November to fix a leak, which we paid a good amount of money on. Less than a week later, the leak started back up. They came back and fixed it no charge. Leak started again. They then came back, reassessed it, charged us more, and fixed it. It was then okay. 4 months later, the leak is back. Really disappointed, would not recommend. Terrible communication, was never sure when they were going to come by, and after it all the problem is still not solved. Out $6,000 for nothing. Great.

Their assessment of our issue felt pretty comprehensive and their price to Fix It seemed pretty fair for what they offered. They were efficient in their timeline without feeling overly pushy about making a sale or anything and they have offered us a very solid warranty, especially important given the problem we needed to help with is one we first thought we mitigated last year. Honestly will have to see if there's still any leaking going on, since that's just the way Portland is, but as of yesterday, at least on the initial stuff everything was completed in a manner that seemed comprehensive and effective.

.This company was really fast and responsive. Got the job done in one day. I had this company for my roof that was leaking and got the job done. The owner was very helpful and guided me through the process. I will definitely hire this company again for any future projects.

First of all, were both retired & on fixed incomes, Anji sent us 3 contractor's, all 3 contacted us, only one stood out above the rest, Raymond listened to our needs & gave us a fair & honest estimate we accepted, & he sent in his team , Alex the team leader, was very respectful to us & our needs. He went up the ladder to inspect the roof, then sent up a drone, to measure the sq footage, of the roof, scheduled an appointment for us, arrived 2 days later to remove moss then apply the roof coating 6 hours later the roof looked great! I thought I was going to have to put a new, metal roof on my huge house, because of mold and leaks! Eek! But I didn?t have the cashflow and took a chance with Portland FIX IT Right Construction. Boy, am I glad I did! These guys are real saviors. It gives me hope in humanity to witness the work ethic of Segundo and Goitediaz (JKGD). They did an amazing job and never quit working really hard!It would have been so easy for them to half-ass the roof cleaning, because I can?t see the top of my second story roof and I am a 74-year old, but I could see them up there working non-stop. So impressive to witness young, strong people who know how to work and care for their customers! Thanks so much Fix it Right! Good name for you!
