Their crew came in mid February on the one clear day of the month and quickly and cleanly remove the old rotting shingle roof and install my new metal roofing within just a couple days. My personal spaces were all tarped and protected and they were very professional when inside the home. So glad I found them when I did otherwise the old roof would have been leaking all month

Adam at ELM got me a great new bathroom. I had a 60's style bathroom with bad ventilation. His crew installed a new shower, vent fan, vanity and flooring. It looks so beautiful now and I don't have to ever worry about mold issues.

I just had Elm Construction Services replace the roof on our new home. I have to say, I’m really impressed. We went with asphalt shingles and they look beautiful! What I loved most was how professional everyone was. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and actually cleaned up better than I expected - you’d never know they were even here. They were also super patient with all my questions (and I had a lot!). The quality of their work is top-notch. You can tell they really care about doing things right, not just getting it done quickly. My neighbors have even commented on how great the roof looks. If you’re in the Lake Oswego or Portland area and need roofing work done, I’d definitely recommend giving Elm Construction Services a call. It’s such a relief to find a contractor you can trust who actually delivers on their promises!

in the beginning the information and plan to repair the roof was honest and not just a patch job which I appreciated even though it was the more expensive option. During the project communication was poor. I didn't know when they were coming and the workers never texted or checked in with me to update me. I would text them and not hear back. There was an issue reinstalling the gutter guards and again no communication with the plan or when they were going to finish the job. I just got the invoice. Work appears to be done. The actual workers were clean and did the job. I just want more communication about the project then I got.

Got it done quickly. They did miss a few details, but overall a good job.
