Called me within minutes of requesting a quote and came out in 30 minutes to see what was going on. Came by the next morning to get started. Friendly and professional.

Starts out great, shows up on time but leaves your yard in a terrible condition. There are ruts in the yard and grass was destroyed by the truck claw. Have had other trees removed and past companies have cleaned up and did better jobs.

Verbal estimate, expected written. Man using the bucket truck knew what he was doing. All crew worked until all limbs were cleaned up. Stump was ground on another day. Payment made when stump was completed. Would call again if needed.

Hired them to cut down and remove 2 trees and grind 5 stumps. They showed up on time and did a good job cutting down the trees and removing them. The problem is the stumps. I was told that they would be back on Friday or Saturday to grind the stumps. I explained that I needed it finished by then because I had other work scheduled for next week. I was reassured they would be back to finish the job. After waiting for them to show Friday, I texted them around noon on Saturday to make sure they were still coming and was told yes. No show, so after wasting two days waiting on them now I am having to rent a stump grinder and finish the job. Not the way to do business.
