On time (actually a day early) and courteous. They utilized an awesome bucket lift truck with a built-in hydraulic chain saw. Very efficient. Were flexible to perform additional tasks identified during the service with reasonable incremental costs. Needed a bit of guidance to complete the final clean up of debris. I will invite them back to bid on more tree work.

Very quick response, very fast availability, very fast completion, responded to negotiation and comparisons, good reliable business.

They came early so I wasnâ t home at the time. I did not get to talk to them while they were working on the trees so I didnâ t get to ask them any questions. I had expected them to trim little more than they did. The clean up was good, but there were a lot of little sticks left behind. I plan on hiring them again in the winter to trim the trees completely.

I contracted Y Professional Tree Service to complete my tree removal project and was totally disappointed in their work for the following reasons: 1) Damaged fence and broken light fixture (the family dog was allowed to escape the yard but was caught and returned by a neighbor). 2) A tree stump and above-ground roots were not ground per contract. 3) Tree removal crew and what appeared to be their family members partying on my back deck in my absence. Yes, ring doorbell cameras do not lie! 4) Contacted Y Professional Tree Service to get the fence and light repaired and was promised a return call that I have not received it two weeks later.

The original men did not show up the day they said they would. Had to call. They sent someone to do it 2 days later

Tree removal work was very good. Stump grind did not remove enough wood; I had to get another contractor.

They said they would bring some top soil for the ruts that were made by their equipment. They never brought the dirt or called. I called 3 times with no avail.
