poor communication on change of scope, bid committed to project then forgot. had to threaten with loss of job before they respond and then had no clue about price or scope.

The work crew did a fantastic job of cutting down the dead oak tree and removing all of the debris. The team was very efficient and answered all my questions. I plan to use them again for any future tree service.

We are extremely happy with the work that Mr. Fredy Molian and his team did. He was prompt with a quote. He contacted us within 8 hours of us posting the project and was reasonably priced. We had two VERY large and old hardwood trees that were hanging over our house removed and smaller trees removed. He and his team were great, very professional, efficient, and great at their job. They made it look easy. All in all, it took about 4 hours to remove the trees and clean up. My husband was impressed with the clean-up and the skill of the crew. We would most definitely use Mr. Fredy Molian and his team again. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our yard was in terrible shape and we needed a lot of help to get it back in shape. Our back yard was very overgrown with shrubs and tree limbs. I found Y Professional online and read reviews and decided to give them a call. They came out when they said they would to give us a quote and we were pleased with it and told them to go ahead and do the job. They went over everything with us so we felt like they knew exactly what we wanted done, They came on the day they said they would start and finished it in a day. They asked questions along the way and made sure we were pleased. They did have to wait a day to come back and get the tree limbs in the front yard because of rain but came back and cleaned the yard up nicely. This company was very professional and I would highly recommend them if you need shrubs removed, trimmed or tree removal or trees trimmed.

I am very happy with the work Fredy Molina and his team did. They came at 11am and left at 12pm. They cut down one dead tree and trimmed back four shrubs, put all the cuttings thru the wood chipper, and cleaned up afterwards. Fredy and his team were very nice and easy to work with and had great communication from start to finish. They completed the entire job and did not let the extreme heat and humidity slow them down. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend Fredy and the entire team at Y Professional Tree Service.
