On time and very professional!

Y Tree Services cut down seven trees for us. We had the work done for our daughter in Huntsville. Five of the trees were very close to the house, and I worried every time there was a storm. They were all pine trees that were well over 100 feet tall. Y Tree Services cut down the trees, removed all debris from the property and grounded up the stumps, I am well pleased with their work. They had enough workers that enabled them to work in an efficient manner. There was not a single branch left on the property. They also fixed the fence back where they had to take part of it down. I am well pleased and can highly recommend them. I will use them again without hesitation if the need occurs.

Last week Y Professional Tree Serviceâ s team removed two trees from my property, the team did an excellent work for a reasonable price. Although the trees were close to structures, there were not damages to those structures. An experienced team in which every member had responsibilities well known; their calculations/techniques were accurate; safety for all was always a priority; very good logistics/coordination of the whole process. Outstanding communication with the customer, Mr. Elver answered all questions/concerns I had, before, during, and (even) after the work was done. Also, a member of the team asked consent to use heavy machinery beforehand, and any other questions. I was satisfied with the end work and will use their services again; I highly recommend their services!

Be patient. I had a scheduled early morning project. After making 2 calls to them, one in the late morning and another in the mid-afternoon to check on their status, they showed up. Was told initially that the tree would be taken down and removed in one day. It ended up taking three. However, when they were there, the work was fast. If they would notify the customer as to their status when running behind, it would be a big help. I lost a day while waiting. Got an extra stump removed that was from a felling 3 years ago in exchange for not having debris raked up which was a good deal. **** I would use them again.****
