Work is incomplete. I still have a large pile of wood chips in my yard,the roots were not ground down.i now have to hire someone else to complete the job I have already paid for and I have no one that can help me.

I put in a request through Home Advisor during a big storm because I had 2 trees go down. Y Professional Tree Service contacted me within 30 minutes and arrived at my house 20 minutes after speaking with me to offer a free quote. I had already been quoted a price to remove the big tree from someone else a while back so I had some idea what it should cost for 1 tree. I was amazed when they quoted a reasonable price to cut down 2 trees trim 2 others and clean and haul it away and they could do it the next day. They insisted on clearing my driveway in case I had an emergency that evening. They are

The employee who does the initial walk through should come back with actual workers to include detail in job. Actual workers didn t know what was discussed at all.

These guys came out and gave a free estimate at a great price and went to work that same day. They did a fantastic job. Thanks so much guys!

Actually didn't call these guys because of a recent negative review. Home Advisor provided my number and address, anyway. Maybe fix that. They came out to initially just give an estimate, agreed on a price, said they'd be back in the morning, and the next thing I knew, they were driving equipment across the lawn to pull out the tree. Okay... they were quick about it, and cleared out the area well enough that I can better assess what I'll do with the area now that the dead tree is gone. There's still a mess to clean up, but I think I was given the "you clean up the mess" price, which is fine.

They removed the trees quickly (May 11) but it was Aug 3 before they returned to remove the stumps and roots.. Otherwise I could not ask for a better job.

They first asked $1,300.00 for the job and I asked if they could just cut the trees down and stack into manageable lengths so i could move to the sidewalk. They agreed for $525.00. They cut down trees but had two main stacks with lengths 20 to 40 feet long and then stacked large heavy (some over 200 lbs) on top of piles so they could not be moved without cutting them into manageable lengths. They came back a week later and look at it afterwards and told me they would cut it up but never did. Other company I hired to help me clean it up said that I was done wrong. They lied to me twice during the process by telling me they would cut trees into piles in manageable lengths and then telling me they would come back and cut them into manageable lengths (which is how the contract was stated). They also added to the contract after I had already signed it.
