Did not remove all hanging limbs as verbally agreed to . Make sure that everything they agree to verbally is written into the contract. Make the contract detailed. The person who walked the property initially was not the person who supervised the work. A small space is given to specify what the contract covers. Add additional contract specifics at the bottom or back. Be sure to keep a copy. Don't sign the contract unless you are sure it adequately defines what they have agreed to do. They specify and require a 20% cancelation fee.

Nice people. They are a little hard to get ahold of after the job is done. If I had it to do over again I would not let them use their BobCat in my yard.

Had a hard time reaching them by phone their voice mail was not set up. They showed up on time but their large truck was in the shop. They did not get all the roots up we had to hire a landscaper to finish the job. They did grind the stump but did not clean up all the wood chips.

Okay lady there was no reason for a bad comment we did what was agreed before we even did the job the chips were agreed to be left behind not to mention you had a whole bed of mulch already laying down around the stumps and roots and why not mention you also had a water line and a gas line running right under those roots? Quite frankly nobody is going to risk damaging a water line or especially a gas line it was also agreed with your husband where it would start and stop as far as in the stump grinding.

We had 5 large trees taken down. They were very efficient and careful taking down the trees and gathering all the trash. Unfortunately their truck for hauling off was broken and it took a week before the rubble was finally removed. Did a great job moving it and hauling when that happened.

Very fast response. Someone stopped by for a quote a few hours after submitting a request. Price was very reasonable and schedule the work for the next morning. Couple hours later they stopped by again because they had some free time, and knocked out my tree removal quick with neat stacks out of the way.

Extremely professional company. They arrived early, the day that was planned. Had a big 25-30 foot maple tree cut, hauled off and the stump grinded with top soil put down, by 3pm! Fast and friendly service. Can't even tell we ever had a tree in the front yard. We even had them estimate some trees in our back yard and will have them cut next week. Cheap prices for the amount of work. Highly recommend this company!
