They removed an old dead tree very tall without harming other property very surprised handled it very professionally. They also talked to another tree that was very close to the house they did a very good job I would recommend them

Y Professionals came out and cut down a tree which was on a slope. They knew exactly what they were doing. All the climbers had the proper safety equipment, they worked very well as a team. Tree down, picked up, and cleaned up in two hours! Very well done!!!!!

Y Professionals came out and trimmed over 12 big trees and opened the canary to get more light in the yard. They knew exactly what they were doing. All the climbers had the proper safety equipment, they worked very well as a team. My husband and I were very happy with the results. Good people, quality, professionalism, efficiency, cleaned up after, didn’t disrespect the property or us. The price was very competitive and the outcome was terrific. They worked very hard for the entire day. Out of 5 I give them a 10.

I originally hired them for one tree removal. It was a tree that interferes with power lines, close to the house with limbs hanging over my roof. In no time at all they had the tree down & piled up neatly at the road for their claw truck to come and remove it all. They did such a fabulous job that I hired them to come back and take out 3 more trees, with even more difficulty to removal. They are professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended them to a couple people already!

They are very efficient

The agreement was for them to cut down the trees, grind up the stumps and the surface roots. (I have the signed agreement.) They left two partial stumps on two large pine trees and 90% of all the surface roots unremoved. I paid them 92 % of the agreed price for the work. I told them I would keep the remaining 8% until they finished the work. They agreed. It took three days for me and a helper to clean off around the areas where the trees had been so that the remaining partial stumps and surface roots could be identified. Emir (A professional tree service employee) said they would come back on the following Saturday and get what was missed. No one came or called on Saturday. When I called them to complain, a lady who identified herself as the wife of the boss, apologized and said they would be here Monday. No one called until late in the day on Monday and said they were waiting on some supplies. When I told Emir on Monday I no longer wanted his services, he said I still owed them money. I told him I did not owe him anything more since they did not finish the work. Since then, I had to pay more than the 8% I withheld to get the remaining stumps and surface roots removed. Also they left deep ruts in my yard with there heavy equipment and never offered to repair them. In addition they slung mud on my front porch and living room window which I had to clean up. Needless to say, I would not recommend their services.

Outstanding experience! They were professional and very reasonably priced. They completed a huge project in a timely fashion. The oak tree they took care of was big enough that 3 adults couldn’t reach around it.

They were difficult to deal with. The contract stated what they would do but I was forced to ask to get the work accomplished. There was no communication. In addition, there was damage to my house and fence which they tried to get out of paying. The contract stated they would cut firewood into lengths specified by me but that was not totally done. It also stated that any debris would be hauled off. I was told when I asked for some wood to be hauled off that limbs were the only debris they would haul with my agreement. They also did not grind all the stumps from the tree removal. The driveway was not damaged but had tire marks and tree sap on it. They tried to get it up with a pressure washer without good results. What I wanted was a company that would do the job in a complete fashion but failed to get that. Instead, they reduced the price and left the job partially done. They do no;t have a phone number where you can call them. If I were to rate this company on a 10 point scale they might get a 1. Not happy with their service.

Timely, professional. Did good job

They did cut down the trees but didn?t finish the cleanup and didn?t grind the stumps as agreed. Left my yard a mess. I?ve filed a complaint with the state attorney general?s office and am consulting with an attorney. Oh, and don?t trust Angi to vet these people either.
