Upgraded our original AC ducted system to a high efficient new heat pump. Clear process, no pressure, nice crew, quick and clean execution. It would score 4.5 as there were a couple of opportunities for improvement identified (including surprising problems with running a communication cable, and a trivial unnoticed misconnection sorted out the next day by a dedicated technical help call), but overall an outstanding service. One Admin (Erica B) helped coordinate everything, and followed through above and beyong to get resolved a problem with the final documentation. Really appreciated.

I called Varsity on a Sunday night when I realized I had no hot water . It was the day we had the snow storm. The next morning Sean arrived to access the issue with my very old hot water heater. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me my options. Within a short time Jake and Anthony joined and my new water heater was installed and working. No mess , no stress. They were amazing. Sean even shoveled the skirt of my driveway when the plows came and blocked me in as I was trying to get to work. This team went above and beyond to help any way they could. My utility room look clean and the work done right. I highly recommend Varsity. I feel comfortable knowing the technicians had the right training and were really nice guys to deal with. Thanks to Erica for taking my call so late and to Christine for getting the men out so quickly the next morning. They kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciated that.

We had an emergency after a power surge that fried our furnace. Varsity was at our home first thing in the morning. Ralph went through a thorough diagnostic process with us, went over all of our options with prices, and we ultimately replaced our entire unit. The work was done efficiently within hours. No mess to clean up afterwards, and the techs at Varsity returned our home to the safe, warm environment we needed in preparation for a large winter storm. The techs took proper precautions when entering our home, even going so far as to wearing shoe coverings to protect our floors. The service manager communicated the entire process with us before it was happening, keeping us informed every step of the way. The employees at Varsity treated our family like their family. They made our urgency their priority. Every employee we spoke with was kind, respectful, and thoroughly educated on the situation, even the customer service representatives.

Sean addressed my concerens, descaled the water heater, and ran a new condensation line. He was friendly and polite, even when working in a difficult space. Varsity has always been a company I can count on to get the job done. Five stare service every time.

After receiving several quotes, I contracted with Varsity to replace my aged out system. John worked the numbers with me to come up with an acceptable cost factor and worked with me on the install schedule. I needed to do it in two separate phases as I was getting other work done. The install sup reviewed the job and made recommendations tweaking the job. They removed the old units and came back a couple days later for a full day of install with a crew of five tecs. The tecs were very thorough and knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had to make sure I was satisfied on completion. A system check was done verifying all was good. Then they left the site cleaner than they found it. The sup reviewed my warranty and how to register my units. Varsity is worth receiving an estimate for AC install or replacement if you’re in the market.
