Highly recommend Varsity as one-stop home setup shop -- very satisfied with install of central A/C, ductless minisplit in basement, and high efficiency water heater. From salesman (thanks Ed!) to manager (thanks Eric!) to lead install team (thanks Steven, Nick, Keith & others), service and quality were superb. I also appreciated how both the Ed and Eric communicated easily via text / imessage in a responsive and friendly way. Feels like family Will certainly keep them in mind for any future work! -Rich

I recently had a 5 ton central AC unit installed in my home. I had some issues with the installation crew, but as soon as I contacted Varsity s customer service and explained what had transpired, immediate action was taken to rectify the situation and make things right. I d like to commend Varsity for its first rate customer service, and give special mention to Eric, Mark and (AC supervisor) Jim, who all went to great lengths to ensure I was a happy customer.

Varsity scheduled a plumber around my schedule. Paul Smith arrived and informed me that they couldn't get a piece I needed. He went all out to find me a new toilet and even have it installed before my company arrived. Varsity is a GREAT company, they have never let me down. We use them for everything from HVAC to plumbing.

From the first phone call to the repair all parties were pleasant to deal with. The repair was completed, area was cleaned up. Would definitely recommend this company for all plumbing repairs.
