Varsity Home Service - absolutely would never recommend! Had a $8 tailpiece replaced on my drain under my kitchen sink which took 15 minutes and they charged us $468 - and that was WITH a 10% contract fee discount! Complete price gouging and absolute robbery! The fact that they can justify that is ludacris!

Anthony the technician gave us all options with estimates for the repair but without any sales pressure. He arrived within the time frame they estimated. When he entered our home he was very respectable and wore boot coverings, which I appreciated. He performed the repair, and the unit has been working fine.

DISHONEST AND SHADY. These people were really nice into screwing my mother in law out of $5400 for work that was NOT NEEDED. This company was called to do a simple maintenance job and then bullied her into an overpriced, overcharged job she did not need. She is not even the owner of the home to ok this work. The system we had did not have ANY issues and was under WARRANTY. It was 4 years old. They 100% knew what they were doing. It is a SIDE APARTMENT you knew she wasn't the owner and you took advantage of her. When we called they could care less. Really shady company. They're so sweet but honestly it's just an act. They're super nice as they probably screw most of their clients out of money by doing work they don't need. My husband works in the pump industry he knows exactly what you all did to her. Overcharged her for parts and labor. This job was less than 4 hours ARE YOU KIDDING ME. We are reporting you to the BBB. the parts by themselves were $1000, so that was $4400 in labor for 4 hours. we just bought this big house and needed a lot of work for the AC and some plumbing we will be looking elsewhere.

We fully acknowledge no company is perfect and disagreements sometimes happen. In such cases, we always do our best to make things right. However, fair is a two-way street. As you know based upon conversations with our management team, we have spent a lot of time and effort investigating this matter. Based on the facts, we respectfully disagree with your claims and positions after conducting a comprehensive review of the job site photographs and documentation. If we felt that your claims were just, reasonable and fair, we would no doubt take full responsibility. Nonetheless, we regrettably could not reach a fair agreement, and this review is a clear act of retaliation against our decision not to concede to your demands for a 100% full refund for all the work performed.
Great job! The job was done very professionally and neatly. The pipes were a work of art when they finished! They answered all of our questions and stayed till everything was working perfectly
