Vidal is such a pro! I was having issues maintaining the temperature of my shower which was very frustrating and Vidal from Varsity came to the rescue. He immediately identified the problem, educated me on how the system works and gave me tips for maintenance. He has the parts handy in his truck and was able to resolve everything in less than an hour. He also was very clean, put everything back to the way it was and also work shoe coverings as he ran back and forth between the shower and basement. Highly recommend!

Other than the fact that your company over booked Craig and he could not arrive in the 8:00-12:00 window, Craig more than made up for it with the efficiency of his work and his friendly and professional manner. i would recomment Craig to anyone who asks.. he is a Great emplloyee and should probably be considered for a raise within your organization.

I've used Varsity several times now for plumbing repairs and HVAC maintenance. They are always prompt, communicative, and efficient when they do a job. This week Larry came to do the winter startup for my heat pump system, and he was great. I highly recommend Varsity!

We had to put in a new central air unit after ours started to slowly fade away. We opted for Varsity based on the integrity of their history. Alexis and Tom showed up on time and as promised completed the job efficiently and professionally in the time promised. Their work was swift, clean, and with minimal obstruction to my day! Great job, great timing!!!! I highly recommend Varsity Home!!! Special recognition to Alexis and Tom!!!!
