Customer service was friendly and professional. The techs were thirough, neat, explained in detail the repairs that needed to be done, used Covid precautions, and took their time to make sure everything was done correctly. Very satisfied, and will use them again.

Varsity gas always provided prompt , knowledgeable and efficient service. Our gas furnace stopped functioning overnight and had to be reset. The technician, Danny A.,who arrived within an hour of our call, did a very thorough check of the whole system , and even called and worked with the manufacturer to find and quickly resolve the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Varsity for any plumbing, A/C, or heating needs.

Did not diagnose the problem properly and quoted a very high price for the work they recommended.

There are so many different models of heating equipment that it makes troubleshooting system problems a non-perfect science. While our service technicians are highly trained and have ample experience, in rare cases these situations can occur. However, in keeping with our principles of treating our customers fairly, we have issued to you a refund of the service charge collected for the diagnosis.
