I have not used this company before and have had no prior involvement with them. Based on their prior excellent reviews, I called them with my problem at approximately 10:00 AM. They had a serviceman "Paul" at my house by I:00 PM. He diagnosed the problem and he quoted a price immediately. We agreed on the price. He told me that we would do it the next day. He arrived with a helper "Tyler"on time with everything he needed to do the repair. Both Paul and Tyler were extremely professional and courteous. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
