Mike Dudley's presentation was superb. The company makes a really good impression of a solid, family based business. The quote was fast and very compatible. I've ended up going with a different contractor, who already started the job, but will consider them for the other projects.

United sanded, propped and painted until I was 100% satisfied with the job. The crew is friendly, polite, neat and extremely professional. My project manager was always on top of the work. If United is a couple bucks more then the others its because they are WELL worth it.

Overall, I was very pleased. There was one issue, they were supposed to check and blow in insulation. The crew leader told me no additional insulation was needed. They shingled the side, before I was able to get the project manager to come check. They then ended up pulling off shingles, drilling holes, blowing insulation in some areas, then blind nailing it. There are nail holes visible in the replaced shingles. There could have been more use of drop cloths, and clean up of nails and screws.

The job is scheduled for early Spring, so I really cannot rate the company yet. They were very professional when giving me an estimate, and I was impressed with the organization for their promptness and care in looking over the job. We'll see in the spring who well they do.

United Home Experts was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The project was done a day ahead of schedule, and the job was very thorough. The project manager was flexible enough to meet me the next morning for touchups, and was very willing to meet my requests. I was impressed with how quickly, thoroughly and cleanly the job was done.
