salesperson was straightforward without trying to make a hard sale--quality of work was very good and project supervisor was available and responsive--the only thing I didn't like was a poor clean-up with many nails left on my deck and driveway below

We enjoyed meeting with Larry to discuss our project. John, the project manager, was great to deal with as well. Our only complaint was that we felt as though the workers might have rushed to finish the job and we had to call to have them come back to fix a few minor spots. They did come back quickly and make the repairs we requested. So, overall, we were happy with United.

TERRIBLE! Fair warning..do not use this company. The salesman is good at selling but the company renegs on it's promises and uses subcontractors who are not only questionable in their abilities but also in keeping the contract. Arrived late, worked in the dark, couldn't see their mistakes. Used bits and pieces of materials so the house looks like an amateur did it. Didn't clean up at the end of the day. Destroyed a newly planted shrub in front and then tried to hide it by sticking it in the ground. Did not replace wood needed to attach soffet to, so it was juse hanging there. Did not follow SOP, windows, frame, siding etc etc....BEWARE!!
