We are pleased that this is a family run business. We have made the agreement and given a deposit and the work will be done in the spring. This way we got last years price and we'll get a nice fresh paint job when the whether is good

Overall they did a great job. A few minor issues that were resolved but compared to experiences had by others for similar work, I think our project was very well done by comparison.

Everytime I talk to or meet someone from United Home Experts, they are exceptionally warm and polite. However the salesman missed our first appointment, and then once I put my deposit down, I had to call once a week for three weeks. Each time they promised someone would contact me about making an appointment to come and do final window measurements. When a man finally came to measure, he was extremely nice and competent. I keep being annoyed, and then charmed by this nice group of apparently very laid back people. My windows are now installed, and I am waiting for them to make a minor repair. All in all, good work, but you need patience

Great work. Received many, many compliments on how good the house now looks. Guys on site were professional, courteous, cleaned up after themselves - couldn't ask for more. Took longer than expected - started late and then ran into winter delays - but worth waiting for.

United Painting Co. has an excellent sales staff, however, their project management and oversight leaves much to be desired. The on site crew was courtious and delivered an excellent paint job. However, the lack of oversight and follow through on behalf of the United management staff (owners & foreman) made this a very challenging project. As such, I would not recommend United Painting and will not seek their services again.
