Overall I am very pleased with my windows - Magno did a wonderful job I would recommend them to friends, family I received several phone calls and e-mails to set up the initial consultation, after I signed on - no more calls, I needed to call them for updates. Also, was told I would have a project coordinator, (were even shown their pictures in the brochure) and that the install would take 1 day, 2 at the most I was surprised when 2 installers showed up on the first day, no project coordinator - on the 2nd day only 1 installer returned, which made him need a 3rd day to finish - I needed to juggle my schedule to have someone at my home

One of thee best contractors I ever had the pleasure to work with. Insurance repair from hail damage. Worked with insurance Co. to agree to fully reroof a roof that had been rerooed 3 years previously. Got insurance Co. to totally replace cedar shake siding with double lifetime insulated vinyl siding. Being disabled I'm so pleased that I now have a maintenance free exterior. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great.

The experience was excellent. Besides the unavoidable noise and disruption of removing the old shingles, residing and minor repairs, the process went very smoothly. The workers were skilled, hard working and reliable. The project managers were very helpful and responded to any questions or concerns rapidly. We love the way our house looks!

They did a good job !

So far, I'm very impressed with United. The salesman, Peter Martino, was prompt and took the required measurements and gave me a fair estimate on the spot. He listened to what I wanted and really seemed to understand the parameters of the job and the specific circumstances that he and his company would have to abide by to make this job theirs. I hope the work the do is as good... United has completed the work to install my windows...the windows were delivered promptly and the service crew arrived on time to begin the job. They completed the job in one day and they did an excellent job! I would recommend these folks to anyone!

Very professional. No pressure to buy anything. Did not push their preferred product although they offered it to us. Listened to what we were looking for and understood what we wanted to do. The windows are scheduled to be installed in mid December.

They anwered promptly after the first telephone contact. They came, checked on my necessities and said that another professional would come to measure my windows in order to have them manufactured. Unfortunately, being my project a small one - only three windows - things changed; I had to call them asking for the professional to measure my windows. He came on October, 28, and after finishing his job told me to give them from two to three weeks before they finalized the job. One month passed. We had to call them again to see what was going on with our project. Since the first contact (beginning of Oct.) until now (Dec. 6th) nothing happened!!

Unbeliveable job, and really quick too. Clean and organized

The Company is very professional did the job when they said they would and no hidden extras. They cleaned up the job as if nothing was going on with the roof.
