They failed to seal the chimneys properly so I got water in my family room. After a couple of conversations, they came and fixed the damage to my satisfaction. I think that overall the job was handled well.

The workers were very courteous and pleasant, but their was a small communication barrier, and what was discussed with the salesman was not always relayed to the workers. The quality of the painting was good, and after they left, they quickly returned to make some adjustments that we requested. We were very satisfied and we would recommend their service to anyone.

The project management oversight for this job was not what we expected. We had to keep calling to get areas of poor workmanship addressed. They have fixed all of the problems we encountered, but most of them should have been avoided in the first place. I do not recommend United and would not use them for future work.

United was very prompt and very efficient. The work was very smooth and they installed all of my windows in a matter of hours. The project manager was extremely nice and very easy to get in contact with. I would definitely recommend them. I am going to have them perform more work on our condo building.
