The job was finished just yesterday. I found that working with United Painters was a very good experience, from the salesman, to the office to the crew. Everyone was professional, courteous, helpful, just a pleasure to deal with. I have not had to call and have any corrections or touch up work, but my feeling is, that if I have any reasonable concerns, these people will be quick to work to fix them. They followed through from inital contact to the end of the job.

We tried to reach the project manager (Eric) on numerous occasions, and our telephone calls were never returned. The workers at our house did not speak english so we could not communicate that we were leaving the house for the weekend. Our neighbor had to keep an eye on things, and let the crew in during the weekend, despite our leaving numerous messages.

The painters did a good job. I would hire them again. they were on time and cleaned up after themselves. I did give their name to a co worker. I was pleased with the results.

We are on the schedule for June. All the companies that we spoke with and recieved quotes from were very professional. United Painting provided the exact services for our project needs. I will follow up with a final rating once the project is completed.
