Reviews
Write a ReviewI received a call back right after checking on Home Advisor. They even came out to check out the system we already had to see if it could be repaired at no charge. Turns out our system could only be repaired by the company that installed it, but Brian still gave me a couple of things to ask if/when I called them. Because our system was so old, we decided it would be cost effective to replace the system. I really felt they were looking for the best options for our home. They did not try to sell me something I did not need or more than I needed. I felt I could trust them to look out for our best interest. Can't ask for more than that!
During the initial bid, Rusty and Brian were very knowledgeable and helpful with answering any questions. They did go into the benefits of an RO and light system pretty heavily, but they are a business and I certainly wouldn't suggest they said anything untruthful on any level, all I'm saying is the RO and light filter are considerable extra costs. The installation was quick and exceptionally well done (we have a softener and carbon filter). The quality of our water is now outstanding. Prior to the system you could mine rocks from our well water and it is now perfectly soft. The strong sulfer smell and taste from our well water is now non existent. Overall, I would certainly recommend this company.
Brian called me right after I checked on Home Advisor. He gave me very helpful information that allowed me to resolve my problem w/ my water softener w/o requiring a service call.
We read great things about their customer service and they lived up to it. They were prompt in their interactions with us. We felt like they partnered with us on this project--listening to what we had to say and worked to make it happen. We would use them again in a heartbeat and wholeheartedly recommend this company.
Brian and Rusty were very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful, not only of my home, but also all of the questions we threw at them. We were able to explore all options, and they helped us choose what was best for us regarding our preferences and our budget. At no point was their position ever about sales. The install was on time, prompt, professional and they took the time to help us understand our new water technology and how to use the equipment for regular maintenance. A couple days later, Brian sent a follow up message making sure everything was working ok and we liked our new systems. If you're looking for a very knowledgable company with A+ customer service, you've found it. Nothing slips through the cracks with Trionics. Not even the awesome science-y stuff.
Brian did a very good job. We now have good water
Very professional, prompt, knowledgeable. They seem to really care about their products and their customers.
Very friendly, available and on time, job was done very well. I would highly recommend this company to my friends.
They were great front start to finish. I have hard water for many years and recently got serious about getting it corrected. I spoke to many different companies and got the feeling that they were all after my money, wanted to set me up for a monthly service fee ( a fee to install salt?), and had very dated products. I set up an appointment with Brian and I was amazed. Not only is he very passionate about water purification but really took the time to explain every aspect of the job. I did not feel pressured but instead came away from the appointment feeling educated in my water purification needs. He really took a lot of time to work with us and answer a lot of questions which is not what the "other guys" did. He was prompt for his 1st appointment and I ended up buying a water softener and reverse osmosis set up for my kitchen. Brian was on time for the install and showed me what he was doing as he did it to ensure I understood. I have had my system for a month now and we could not be happier. How did I not find this earlier?? The water is the best, the equipment is easy to use, and best of all No more hard water. I highly recommend Brian and Trionics for any of your water purification needs
Very professional and did great work!
