I posted to Home Adviser on a Sunday to have a water softener installed at my house. I thought I'd hear back from contractors maybe the next week, if at all. I've had bad experiences with contractors in the past, and this was my first time using Home Adviser. Brian called me within 15 fifteen minutes of my posting (on a Sunday). He gave me an estimate over of the phone, and I booked an appointment. Brian maintained good communication and kept the appointment. He and his partner were friendly and knowledgeable. They installed the unit and it's been working well. The cost was in line with other estimates I had received.

Brian was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly tested our water before recommending the best fit for our needs. I was impressed with the speed of getting an appointment as well as the time required for installation. I hope this system proves to be worth the time and research I poured into it.

There are several things that I liked about Trionics but just to name a couple: Great customer service. They took time to explain and answer questions concerning various processes with both the old outdated system that I had as well as the new system I was getting. They seem to have a great amount of experience that span over several decades. Another thing I appreciated about Trionics is they were flexible in accommodating my schedule.
