They were amazing from the get-go! They're all incredibly informative and are big into researching to ensure they're giving the most accurate information so their customers can make an informed decision. Everyone is also very personable! I'm so happy we decided to install a salt softener before wasting time on a salt free unit. My water is absolutely amazing and I finally understand when people say you use less soap/shampoo because it's true! Brian even explained the science behind why that is. They're also a family business which is great.

I looked at several companys. Some cheaper and some more exspensive, but I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for. I like that they came out and tested everything and made recommendations that allowed us to peice together a system that worked best for our imadiate needs and we can add peices down the road that are more in the want catagory. All in all super satisfied and would highly recommend.

Brian and Rusty went above and beyond what I hired them to do. They identified that my home's main water shut off was not functional. At my request they spent almost an entire day making sure I had a functional water main shut off valve ON TOP of installing my water filtration system. They were incredibly nice and professional making sure I understood what they were doing through the entire process. If you want a water filtration system in your home, hire these guys! They are the best!!!

I spoke with three companies about installing a system that included catalytic carbon water filtration, a water softener, and a reverse osmosis system. While Trionics was the most expensive of the three, I believe the extra money was worth it for multiple reasons: 1) The systems the other two companies were offering were not adequately sized to filter as close to 100% of the water as possible, 2) they responded to all of my questions within 24 hours (another company took over a week to respond!), and their responses were both educational and honest, 3) they installed my system that Saturday, demonstrating their commitment to customer service, and 4) both Rusty and Brian were personable, responsible, punctual, and passionate about what they do. I did not rate /value for the money/ at 5.0 because we have not had the system long enough, but I am sure after a longer period of time I would upgrade my rating to a 5.0. Trionics was a pleasure to deal with, and we look forward to continuing our relationship with them as we maintain/monitor our system to ensure peak performance. I would recommend them to anyone.
