Trionics Superior Water

From the initial contact to completion, we could not be happier. My wife reviewed the company, we discussed making the call and the next day I called. I left a message and within 5 minutes, I received a call back and made an appointment. The appointment wasn't for a week from now, it was the same day. Brian arrived at our home at the exact time he said he would, in fact he was about 10 minutes early. It was at this time, the initial visit, that we received a lesson on the possibility of having clean and safe water. Brian took his time and answered all of our questions, tested our water for purity, softness and chemicals. We knew our water was hard and we knew it had chlorine in it, but to the extent, we had no idea. Brian never pushed and there was absolutely no pressure. He told us to review the info and get back to him. I called the next day, placed the order and the rest is history. This system is beautiful, workmanship was complete and professional and the quality of the water, outstanding. We didn't realize what we were missing, not until we experienced it. Would I recommend? For sure, in fact, call me and I would love to rave about it and show you just how great it is.

He went above and beyond my expectations! He had to physically empty the potassium from the old unit. Instead of throwing it away, he put it into the new unit. He made sure I knew how to work everything and made suggestions for future water conditioning needs. He was also very considerate of my financial and living situation. That is priceless in this day and age. I highly recommend Trionics. By the way, he worked on a Saturday and showed up ON TIME!
