The features and advantages of their water softener was professionally presented. All of our questions were thoroughly answered. The estimate was given and there was no push to close the sale. I called Rusty two days later with one question. He called back promptly and I gave him the go ahead. Brian and Rusty did the installation and it was completed in a few hours. They cleaned up the work area and reviewed the operating instructions with me.

Very professional and great customer service. Brian answered all of my questions before, during, and after install. The system works great. We put in the filtration and softener system and they have taken our incredibly hard water to drinking water out of the tap.

After reviewing my needs Trionics was able to modify a system that met my budget as well as my water needs. Trionics were always on time and worked quickly so as inside home time was minimum. Excellent company and techs to work with.
