Brian got in touch with me almost immediately after trying to find a company to install a water softener and filtration system from HomeAdvisor. I had gotten a free water test from Home Depot which led me to a company that I felt very uncomfortable dealing with because they were very pushy and sales-pitch-y, but I did want to look further into a whole Home system. I did my research for a few months before I looked on here so no one could try to swindle me like the other company did. Brian is super personable and was able to answer any of the questions I had. We own a 118 year old Home in Alton, IL where the water is VERY hard and has done a number on our skin, hair, clothes, and appliances; and they also were able to replace some of the old plumbing that would eventually cause us issues for a really great price. We ended up getting a full water system from these guys (Filter, softener, UV filter, and RO system) and we are very happy with it so far! First shower and my skin feels better already (even in this frigid weather) and only 1/4 of the hair that usually falls out in the shower fell out. The RO system puts out AMAZING and way better tasting water... I don’t feel like I’m drinking lead mixed with chlorine anymore... super happy with the quality of the products and also with their customer service. Thank you for being genuinely concerned with OUR water concerns and custom building us a system that fits our needs (and not trying to sell us on something we don’t need)! Bottom line: these guys are great!

My water softener had been a problem since I bought the house so I tried to rebuild it myself and and it still was unreliable. I made an appointment with trionics through home advisor, they showed up on time with parts and within an hour my water softener system was working better than ever.

Definitely would recommend Trionics! Brian arrived on time, w business card and drivers license in hand per my request to verify ID. Very pleased, dressed professional, nicely groomed, polite and, courteous. Very forthcoming to make sure I understood how home water filtering systems have upgraded and advanced since I had mine put in 15 years ago. I have both RO and softened water units. He offered options to upgrade (without adding fear). His concerns were genuine, not to just change out the filters (which is what I wanted) it was to make sure I was receiving the very best drinking/cooking water moving forward. His knowledge of cleaning out the junk and adding back in good minerals that our bodies need surpassed what I was expecting. Brian Explained anything I asked in terms I easily understood, how my system was great at the time it was put in, and still adequate today, if all I wanted him to do was change out the filters. He gave me the facts, and option if I wanted to updated my RO system PRIOR to doing anything and did not present it with dooms day around the corner! I chose to upgrade the filters and feel I made an excellent choice by also calling HomeAdvisors and getting TRIONICS.

Home Advisor is very pushy wanting a review before work was scheduled for completion. The repair team was great and even tried to salvage the old water softener prior installing a modern unit. The work was done perfectly and everything was cleared away. System has been working with great success. Quoting my wife, "Finally my hair feels clean and combs smoothly." Coffee tastes better and dishes/clothes are fully cleaned. Great work.
