Alex is a superb manager and customer support specialist. Our deck refurbish and staining (plus fence work) went well. We changed course in the middle (stain color switch) and the team accommodated us with minimal extra charge. We're thrilled with the result and will call Triangle Home Repair without hesitation in the future. You should too.

They get half a star because this site would not let me proceed without some sort of star. Otherwise, I would give them NEGATIVE stars. They totally botched a job at my house. I hired them to replace ONE piece of siding and repaint it. I offered them the original color, which they used but failed to match it to the somewhat faded paint on my 6 year old house. They said: You did not tell us you wanted us to match it. Anyway, they patched the piece of siding, rather than replace it as requested, and painted that small section without matching the paint, so naturally, it looked darker. THEN they tore off three more pieces of siding and replaced them and repainted them, also dark. Nails, gaps and all. Inexplicable. Inexcusable. I asked them to fix it. They came back and painted all of that mess lighter, slopping paint onto additional pieces of siding as well. Third visit, the workman replaced the pieces of siding they should not have removed in the first place and it looked better. He tried very hard to match the paint on the house and came closer, as far as I can tell (It is still wet). But then he painted MORE than what he should have. He thought it would look better to carry the new paint all along the boards, so I have larger areas of mismatched striping on the side of my house. I am off work and home all day so that I could be here while this work was done. I would not have agreed to the paint job he did. It would have been appropriate to ASK ME. I was RIGHT HERE painting my fence in my yard. In my humble opinion, this company needs to take a hard look at how it does business. I am not sure how they remain in business. I am going to have my house painted. VERY EXPENSIVE. And all because I wanted ONE piece of siding replaced. Word to the wise.

They were prompt, professional, helpful, and thorough. The crew took the time necessary to ensure that my deck work was done properly, and it looks amazing!
